United States Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico: The mural Justice Tempered with Mercy by Emil Bisttram, which either is on the first floor[1] or "adorns the wall outside the District Courtroom on the sixth floor"[2]. Two smaller works are seen on either side over the doors: Cooperation and Strife[5].
