the "Public Restroom" (bottom center) is the
bathhouse, converted from a public bath by
Embury[1], Embury's 1940 "John Jay Pool" (upper right)[2,3], the smaller
1941 diving pool next to it[1], also designed by Embury, and near the
upper-right corner of the big pool, a 1-story field house designed by
Embury[4].
