Payson Park House in Inwood Hill Park on Dyckman Street in Manhattan.
I haven't found anyone listed as the architect but if it wasn't Embury
himself, it was somebody he supervised[1].

Hill Park - Payson Playground, NYC Department of Parks: "NYC Parks
acquired this site in 1925, but the playground was not actually built until
1939, under the administration of Parks Commissioner Robert Moses
(1888-1981). During this time, the beautiful stone park house that stands
near the playground was constructed.
