On Putnam Trail in Van Cortlandt Park. Nothing to do with New Deal, but this is a piece of railroad track left behind when New York Central Railroad's Putnam Line ran here from the 1870s to the 1980s. Vestigial railroad ties are seen in the next image. The rail line is now a walking trail that includes a few of the old railroad bridges.
