help
At the CKW> prompt or at any point in a command, you can type ? (question mark) to get a list of what the options are at that point in the command; in this case a list of all the top-level commands. In addition, the HELP command gives you detailed information about any of the commands shown in the list. The commands include, besides communications and file-transfer functions, almost everything you'd need in for text-mode Windows shell, e.g. file management, directory traversal, launching programs, etc, and you can write programs (macros) based on Kermit commands to automate routine or complex procedures.
