Thomas Jefferson Pool in East Harlem,

Drive in Manhattan. Astoria Park, the part below the bridge in the
photo, with its new
running track and
field house. The bare spot a few blocks north of the Bronx Triborough
terminus,
Saint Mary's Park, would be
completed a few years later.
