New Deal water tower, Warwick Boulevard
between 59th and 60th Street, Newport News. The 3-color pentagon is
“the former Newport News Waterworks logo, retired from use by City
management in 2016. However, as a cost saving measure, the City has decided
not to remove the logo from existing facilities until they undergo
rehabilitation.”[1]
