Devoe Park in the University Heights section of Bronx NY, 15 April 2015. Stately prewar apartment buildings on University Avenue overlook the athletic facilities, with some newer buildings peeking up from behind. Except for a couple isolated spots, the Bronx is a borough of working families who can still live in areas like this at affordable rents. Let's hope it stays that way!
