The
St. James Park House in
St. James Park,
Bronx NY, April 2015. The Park House fell into disrepair and was closed in
1991 and then restored thanks to a
$300,000
grant from the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (
more
info) and
reopened
in 2007. Judging from the gates covering the entrance, it does not seem
to be for public use. I think it contains offices, conference rooms, tool
storage and perhaps employee lockers. It does have public bathrooms,
accessible through exterior doors.
